Meet the Team
Kevin is owner and Managing Director since purchasing the business in 2008. Kevin has extensive experience previously working in a variety of senior sales and marketing roles with 3M UK Plc before specialising in management consultancy.
Kevin has overseen business growth in excess of 300% due to the high demand for ServiceMaster Mercia’s professional approach to cleaning services.
Jo joined the business in 2010 and is currently Operations Director who has overall responsibility for the operational side of the business.
She manages the delivery of services to customer sites within this local remit. She is responsible for operational delivery, customer satisfaction and the welfare of all operational and support personnel attached to the company. Within her portfolio, there is a blend of large national to small local customers ensuring a healthy customer base.
Wendy joined the business in February 2016 initially as an Area Manager having previously worked in facility management maintaining services across a large portfolio of properties in the education sector.
Due to performance and experience, Wendy has stepped up to Regional Manager role and is responsible for key customer accounts and assisting the executive team in the company’s operational management.
Business Development Manager
Mark joined the business in 2015 from a national security company with a background in sales and operations. Initially, Mark worked as an Area Supervisor gaining a great understanding of the cleaning industry before progressing into a full-time sales role.
Mark is responsible for identifying new business and developing strong relationships with existing customers, offering bespoke cleaning services to best suit their needs.
