Mercia cleaning firm receives excellence award

A contract cleaning company operating in Burton, has been presented the award of excellence within the national ServiceMaster franchise network, after beating over 200 other businesses to the prize.

ServiceMaster Mercia, a franchise of ServiceMaster Limited picked up the Award of Excellence at the ServiceMaster 2015 national conference, held in Warwickshire. The award recognises the business that has shown the greatest pursuit of overall excellence within the ServiceMaster network.

Kevin Harden, managing director of ServiceMaster Clean Contract Services Mercia said: “This is a superb achievement for the company and is testament to the hard work of the entire team. We’ve seen good year-on-year growth and recently brought in a full-time salesman to help us take the business to the next level.”

ServiceMaster Mercia has been trading for seven years and employs over 200 staff across East and West Midlands.
